Specifying the Renderer

Use

The graphic is generated using a renderer. You use this function to choose between the following renderers:

• GDI: The graphics interface for Windows

·         A platform-independent renderer implemented in the IGS

Prerequisites

The Chart Designer is running.

Procedure

To switch between the GDI renderer and the platform-independent renderer chooseExtras  ®Use GDI Renderer.

When the GDI renderer is active a check mark appears next to the menu optionUse GDI Renderer.

When the platform-independent renderer is active NO check mark appears next to the menu optionUse GDI Renderer.

Result

The appearance of the graphic is altered slightly.
