Use

Service and maintenance orders (BUS2007) are connected to the DRB and can be displayed including all the existing linked objects.

This section describes the particular features for service and maintenance orders. In addition, everything set out in the general section under Document Relationship Browser (DRB) in Logistics is also applicable.

Integration

Service and maintenance orders can be linked with documents of the following object types:

·        Messages (BUS2038)

There may sometimes be additional links as detailed in the general section.

Features

Calling the DRB

You have the following options for calling the DRB using service and maintenance orders:

·        The Archive Information System (for archived documents)

·        Transaction IW63 (via Environment ® Relationship Browser)

You can select documents via the following fields; however, you can do so only if these fields are part of the archive information structure used. In addition to the selection field names, the table contains the corresponding field names in the field catalog SAP_PM_ORDER:

In addition to these are the selection buttons Search in database, Search in database and SAP AS and Search in DB, SAP AS and archive, which you can use to determine the data source for the display in the DRB. You can find additional information on this under DRB Initial Program.

When you display archived service and maintenance orders via the Archive Information System you can branch directly to the DRB via the option DRB: PM Order offered in the selection screen Display Data Objects.
