Use
Once the manager has entered his or her required positions for a particular planning type for a period, his or her superior has an overview of the planning of the individual line manager or all line managers who report to him.
The overview displays the arrangement of the organizational units concerned in a tree structure.
Features
The following tab pages are also available to a line manager’s superior. They are arranged above the table in the Display Required Positions screen.
All current and planned required positions are displayed on this tab page, arranged by organizational unit.
On this tab page is a list of required positions arranged by organizational structure. Required positions are added starting with the lowest organizational unit in the hierarchy.
This tab page displays all jobs and their respective positions available in the entire organizational structure.
This tab page displays required positions per job within a particular organizational unit. You must therefore first select an organizational unit. (This view corresponds to the line manager’s ‘active’ planning view).

For the first three tab pages the position of the cursor in the organizational structure on the left side of the screen is irrelevant. This is because the required positions for all the organizational units are displayed. However, for the last tab page, an organizational unit must be selected.
