Procedure documentationDisplay Distribution Logs Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. To display the distribution logs, choose Environment ® Distribution log (transaction SCUL) in the user maintenance (transaction SU01).

    2. The system displays the Central User Administration Log Display screen. The pushbuttons specify the evaluation criteria for the logs that you can display.

    For example, if you choose Systems, the system displays the status of the users, sorted by subsystem.

  2. To display the users of the child systems, expand the tree. The color of a node always corresponds to the most severe error within a node. To display the color legend, choose Utilities ® Color legend.

There is a short text that explains the cause of the error next to the user master records containing errors. If the short text for the error does not provide sufficient explanation, you can display the long text by clicking the subnode.

A combination of the errors, warnings, successful and unconfirmed distributions is also displayed. The system logs unconfirmed distributions, for example, if the data could not be distributed due to an incorrect RFC connection.
  1. To start the distribution again, choose Resend User at this level.
