Database Structure Checks 
Check the database structures at regular intervals (see Checking the Database Structures). Update the database structure checks, if necessary.
Prerequisite
Procedure
At regular intervals, check when the last database structure check occurred, and analyze its results.
To do this, use the DBA action logs display, or the display in the Database Assistant (DBA Action Logs).
For checks on consistency between the ABAP Dictionary and the database system, use the DB Filling/Tables and Indices display or the R/3 Consistency display in the Database Alert Monitor.
