Backing Up an Existing IIS Configuration

Use

If you are replacing the SAPJ2EE module, then back up your existing IIS configuration. In this case, you have a fast recovery path if you run in trouble with the new IisProxy module.

Procedure

       1.      In the Internet Services Manager, choose Backup/Restore Configuration from the context menu for the host.

       2.      In the Configuration Backup/Restore dialog, choose Create backup… .

       3.      Enter a name for the configuration to backup.

       4.      Close the Configuration Backup and the Configuration Backup/Restore dialogs with OK.

Result

You have a complete backup of the IIS configuration that uses the SAPJ2EE module.
