Use
Actions can be displayed directly for the documents to which an action profile is assigned. You can also include the action list in a subscreen in the document display, for example, on a tab page. Alternatively, you can also make a report available for your application. The following information can then be displayed in the list for each action:
for example
for scheduled actions or
for successfully processed actions
The description from Customizing is used here, which can give information on the purpose of the action.
The settings are displayed here that have been determined in the Customizing of the action definition and the conditions.
Activities
In addition to the standard list functions of the SAP List Viewer, you can perform the following functions depending on the Customizing settings in the action list:
Activate selected action that was not defined with schedule automatically (= schedule). The actions that are possible for the action are offered in the list field next to this symbol.
Directly execute selected action. You can only execute the actions that are still unprocessed and that have Field executable in dialog selected in their action definition in Customizing. Other actions are processed automatically.
Repeat processing of the selected action. You can only repeat processing for actions that have already been processed and have Field changeable in dialog selected in their action definition in Customizing.
Deactivate selected action, that is, remove from the list. The action is inactive and if necessary can be scheduled again. This is only possible for actions that are unprocessed and that have Field changeable in dialog selected in their action definition in Customizing.
Display details for the selected action.
Preview. Here you can call a print preview for actions that use Smart Forms.
Display processing log. The log refers to all processed actions.
Information for action definition. The description for the action definition from Customizing is displayed here.
You can change the condition parameter and processing parameter of an action. This is only possible for actions that have Field changeable in dialog selected in their action definition in Customizing.
