Use

Actions can be displayed directly for the documents to which an action profile is assigned. You can also include the action list in a subscreen in the document display, for example, on a tab page. Alternatively, you can also make a report available for your application. The following information can then be displayed in the list for each action:

The description from Customizing is used here, which can give information on the purpose of the action.

The settings are displayed here that have been determined in the Customizing of the action definition and the conditions.

Activities

In addition to the standard list functions of the SAP List Viewer, you can perform the following functions depending on the Customizing settings in the action list:

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Activate selected action that was not defined with schedule automatically (= schedule). The actions that are possible for the action are offered in the list field next to this symbol.

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Directly execute selected action. You can only execute the actions that are still unprocessed and that have Field executable in dialog selected in their action definition in Customizing. Other actions are processed automatically.

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Repeat processing of the selected action. You can only repeat processing for actions that have already been processed and have Field changeable in dialog selected in their action definition in Customizing.

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Deactivate selected action, that is, remove from the list. The action is inactive and if necessary can be scheduled again. This is only possible for actions that are unprocessed and that have Field changeable in dialog selected in their action definition in Customizing.

You can change the condition parameter and processing parameter of an action. This is only possible for actions that have Field changeable in dialog selected in their action definition in Customizing.
