Creating Lifting Partner Groups 

Use

Use this transaction to create lifting partner groups which allow the system to divide partners’ shares according to the specified crude oil entitlement percentage (COEP).

Initially, the system uses the lifting partner group to conduct a split by partner, and then uses the data for further calculations for executing Storage Entitlement Report.

Procedure

1.       On the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Accounting  ® Production Sharing Accounting ® Master Data ® PSA Lifting Partner Groups.

The Change View Lifting Partner Group Master Data: Overv screen appears.

2.       Choose New Entries.

The New Entries: Overview of Added Entries screen appears.

3.       Enter data as required.  Then save your entries.

Result

The lifting partner group is available for you to assign partners to it with the Lifting Partner Group to Partner Assignment transaction (Accounting ® Production Sharing Accounting ® Assignments ® Lifting Partner Group to Partner Assignment).
