Copy Control Tables (RFTBUH02_0) 

Use

If you carry out phase I of the business partner conversion for Release Banking 4.63/CFM 2.0, you can use this report to copy information about the relevant domains for the conversion (table BPUM_DOM) from conversion project 0001 (phase I) to conversion project 0003 (phase II).

If you have already carried out the conversion for Release Banking 4.62/CFM 1.0, you should maintain the settings manually in view V_BPUM_DOM for project 0003.

·        The domains BP_ADRNR, SADRNR must always be excluded from the conversion.

·        Role categories and relationship categories must be converted (because these are increased from 4 to 6 characters).

·        All other domains should be converted, unless they have been transferred on a 1:1 basis and have not been changed since, or the keys have identical numbers.

You must run this report for each client.

These tables are required for converting both the business partner and the application tables. If you already used the SAP Business Partner for Release Banking 4.62/ CFM 1.0, each phase is run at a different time. In this case, because the control tables are processed in two different projects, the tables must exist for both project 001 and 003.

Execute this report at the start of the conversion process for the business partner references.

Prerequisites

Before you convert the business partner references, you must complete phase I of the conversion (Customizing set-up and alignment, conversion of the partners and relationships etc.) successfully.
