Functions of the RE Navigator 
This section gives you information on the functions of the RE Navigator and on the processing of real estate contracts and master data for the service charge settlement in both the usage view and architectural view.

You can go directly to processing another object. |
|
|
Errors can occur when you process objects. Unlike Classic RE, in Flexible Real Estate Management the system does not require you to correct the error immediately. The system writes the error to a log and issues an error message. You can call the Error List and correct any errors by choosing this icon. |

|
All objects that were processed during a call of the RE Navigator can be displayed in the object stack. By double-clicking on the object in the list, you can go directly to processing of the object. |
|
|
If you have selected a certain real estate object in the navigation area (such as rental space 0001/1111/5), you can choose this icon to display the superordinate object plus details (such as pooled space 0001/1111/1). |
|
|
When you have processed an object, you can refresh the display in the navigation area by choosing this icon. |
|
|
You can display or hide the navigation area by choosing this icon. |
|
|
You can display or hide the information text of the initial screen by choosing this icon. You do not actually leave processing of the object when you display the information text. |
|

By choosing this icon, you can: a) Hide the navigation area

Save the size of the
detail view, which you can set with the
To display the

Display previous/next object. |
|
|
Create a new object by choosing this icon. If similar objects, such as buildings, already exist in the system, you can create new objects with the template. Select an object as template, change the data as required and save your new object.

|
You can switch back and forth between change and display modes. You stay on the current screen. |

Special functions for the contract:

Example: storing a business document for a master data object (only applies to an office document, not Smart Forms), displaying a list of attachments, sending an object with a note, displaying the workflow (overview, start, archived workflows and so on), specifying an external document (URL)…

You can display the print view (Office Application). |

Print function (Correspondence Using SAP Smart Forms) |
|
|
You can go to Microsoft ® Word to print the current real estate object. There you can select from a number of predefined forms. In Microsoft ® Word, you modify the document to suit your needs. This function is useful for generating master data sheets showing an overview of the master data of the object. |

In Customizing, you can specify that certain rental object conditions are to be transferred to the contract. You can then call up these conditions in the contract using the Default Conditions icon. |
