Applications: Evaluating Rental Requests

Use

You assign applications of a rental unit or rental units to an application with this function.

You can then create offers for the applications.

Prerequisites

Only the following rental units are considered:

Vacant rental units
Rental units that will have vacant status in the future (lease-outs for a limited period, notice)

Procedure

Starting from the general menu, choose Accounting ® Real estate management ® Rental ® Application ® Assign.

You have two options for assigning applications and vacant rental units:
