Use

To simplify data entry, you can copy or move one or more rows in CATS notebook. CATS notebook always copies and moves the entire rows selected, that is, the time information and the account assignment information. It also takes account of the information that you enter for a data record in the detail view.

Procedure

  1. Select the relevant rows.
  2. Choose Copy or Cut.
  3. If required, choose a different data entry period.
  4. Choose Insert.
  5. If required, change the time information.

You do not have to specify the position for the rows to be inserted. CATS notebook sorts the rows in the data entry area.
