Processing Rental Units

A rental unit can only be created and rented as a complete object, as is the case for the rental unit in Classic RE.

You can create, change or display a rental unit. Below follows a description of how to create a rental unit.

In the SAP menu, choose:

Accounting ® Flexible Real Estate Management ® RE Navigator ® Rental Object ® This graphic is explained in the accompanying text .

Enter the company code and the business entity.

Select Rental Unit in the Rental Object Type field, and enter the usage type. Enter the company code and the business entity.

Note Depending on the parameter setting in Customizing, the number of the rental unit can be assigned externally or internally.
