 Outputting Attendance and Absence Quotas

Use

You can output overviews of existing attendance and absence quotas with their validity and deduction intervals on the time statement. You can also group quotas that have a similar business significance so that you can output up-to-date overall totals.

Integration

The deduction information for the attendance and absence quotas is determined by the HR_GET_QUOTA_DATA function module. It calculates deductions made by attendances/absences and quota compensation

·        Up to the key date, separately

·        After the key date for the attendances and absences already requested

To determine the deductions, the function module accesses the PTQUODED table and reads the data about the attendances, absences, and quota compensation.

Features

·        The HR Forms Workplace provides the following MetaStars to output attendance and absence quotas:

Absence quotas:

¡        TIM_ABWKONTI (ABWKONTI table on cluster B2)

¡        TIM_ABWKO_CT (absence quotas accrued by type, determined by HR_GET_QUOTA_DATA)

¡        TIM_ABWKO_CU (absence quotas accrued by unit, determined by HR_GET_QUOTA_DATA)

Attendance quotas:

¡        TIM_ANWKONTI (ANWKONTI table on cluster B2)

¡        TIM_ANWKO_CT (attendance quotas accrued by type, determined by HR_GET_QUOTA_DATA)

¡        TIM_ANWKO_CU (attendance quotas accrued by unit, determined by HR_GET_QUOTA_DATA)

·        You can output the following information about employees' quota statuses in the time statement:

¡        Attendance or absence quota type

¡        Unit

¡        Entitlement

¡        Remainder

¡        Requested

¡        Compensated

¡        Start/end of deduction interval

¡        Start/end of validity interval

¡        Period interval

¡        Start/end of analysis interval

·        You can output the statuses of attendance and absence quotas in the following ways:

¡        For individual days

In the table with the results for a day, you can output the status of the employee's time-off accounts on that day. The calculation includes the attendance and absence quotas that are valid and can be deducted on the day that is output.

¡        For periods

The period-related table contains an overview of all attendance and absence quotas whose deduction interval matches at least part of the period for which you requested the data.

·        Some employees may have several time accounts with different quotas. You can cumulate individual quota types and records that have the same unit and can be grouped together, to simplify the display. This means that you can output the current total of the time accounts for that day. This display does not, however, allow you to output the different deduction and validity periods.
