This component enables you to process employer and employee Pag-IBIG contributions in line with Philippine legal and business requirements.

Every effort is made to guarantee the legal compliance of all contribution values set up in the system. However, as the laws affecting Pag-IBIG contributions change, you must verify and ensure compliance by performing all necessary configuration steps.

The Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) component accesses data stored in various HR infotypes including Personal Data (0002), Basic Pay (0008), Recurring Payments/Deductions (0014), Additional Payments (0015), and HDMF Philippines (0423), and processes data in the payroll results cluster.

The component enables you to:

• Maintain employee HDMF information (infotype 0423)
• Process statutory and voluntary Pag-IBIG contributions and deductions based on your employees’ total pretax earnings
• Calculate Pag-IBIG contributions in the last payroll period of the calendar month or in every payroll run
• Perform HDMF monthly remittance reporting
