Use

This section contains descriptions of the functions you can carry out after executing a report online - that is, in the report list.

Prerequisites

To display the report list, you need to have defined the report and - where applicable - the form. You also need the data which you intend the report to display. If no suitable data exists, a page with report information will be displayed in place of the report.

Features

You can analyze your report data using functions for Navigation, for Defining Display Conditions and for displaying Graphics. Using the Functions Available in Report Lists, you can define how the data in the report list is displayed and printed. You can save, print, export and send report data, see Saving, Printing, Exporting, Sending Graphics.
