Enter a name for the new report or the name of the report for which you wish to change the definition.
If you are creating a new report, decide whether you would like to create a basic report or a form report.
If you want to create a form report, you must also enter the desired form.
If you would like to copy an existing report, enter the report you want to copy.
If you are creating a new report, choose Create, to go to Report Definition. If you wish to change an existing report, choose Change. See the following sections:
