These subtypes of the Payroll Results Adjustment infotype (0221) were used in prior releases to make general adjustments to the amounts of earnings and taxes paid by the employer and employees. They have since been supplanted by subtypes YAWA (Adjustments with tax calculation) and YANA (Adjustments without tax calculation). Although prior records of subtypes GAWA and GANA, to the extent that they still exist, can continue to be accessed, subtypes GAWA and GANA themselves are now obsolete.

To the extent that prior records of subtypes GAWA and GANA still exist, the Payroll Results Adjustment infotype (0221) screen allows you to display the following adjustment information for prior adjustments that were created with subtypes GAWA and GANA:

• Adjustment date
• Payroll identifier
• Combination of province of employment, Business Number and employment jurisdiction
• Payment and deduction wage types and amounts
