Activating a Storage Condition
Use
You can reactivate the stability testing for a deactivated storage condition in an ongoing stability study at any time. This action cause the system to unlock the physical sample for the storage condition.
If the test dates that were initially scheduled for this storage condition have already been called (that is, the dates for which inspection lots should have been created), inspection lots will not exist for this reactivated storage condition. This is because the physical sample was deactivated at the time that the inspection lot(s) should have been created.
If you still want to test this storage condition for the test dates that were already called, you have one of two options:
When you create a manual call, you can specify both the date and the applicable package. When you save the testing schedule, the system immediately creates the inspection lots for the manual date for each storage condition, for which this package was planned. Since two inspection lots now exist for the same date and package for the storage conditions that were previously not locked, you must
manually cancel the first, automatically created inspection lot for each storage condition(that applies to that date and package).
Prerequisites
The physical sample for the storage condition is locked (that is, the storage condition is deactivated).
