Previous Year Comparison
You can carry out a previous year comparison with regard to a key figure that is displayed in the list.
This function allows you to compare (for one key figure) the data that is currently displayed on the screen with the respective data in the same selected time period of the previous year.
You have selected the following period to analyze for the standard analysis: 07.01.1995 - 12.01.1995. In the previous year comparison, the key figure values from the present period will now be compared with the key figure values from the same period in the previous year, i.e. 07.01.1994 - 12.01.1994.
The list that is generated can be sent via SAPoffice.

Shop Floor Information System
You should only perform a previous year comparison in the Shop Floor Information System in the standard analyses ’operation’ and ‘production order’ if you have marked the indicators Transactions or Orders w/ confirmation only in the selection screen. In this case, only confirmed orders/operations with will be considered. Actual data is only available for confirmed orders and operations.
