Bank numbers, account numbers and corresponding control digits do not follow a standard pattern in Brazil. You can, however, classify them according to the types described below.

Bank numbers

You enter bank numbers in the format XXXYZ..Z, where:

·        XXX is the bank number (for instance, 341 for Itaś)

·        Y is the control digit for the bank number (for instance, 7 for Itaś)

·        Z..Z is the bank key with no leading zeros (for instance four digits for Itaś)

Note

Note that for the type other, such as Banco Bamerindo, you must enter the account control digits directly in the account field, separated from the account number by a dash (-).
