You can search for rules in the system using specific criteria. You can then display the search results in a list, the rule directory.
Prerequisites
You are in the
initial screen of the rule editor.Procedure
You access the Directory of Personnel Calculation Rules screen. The selection criteria available for the rule directory correspond to the

You see a list of rules that meet your selection criteria. Each entry includes the name, version type, and short text of the rule. If you want to edit or display a particular rule from this list in the rule editor, select the entry for the required schema and choose Edit
® Choose.To print out the displayed rule directory, choose . You access the Print Screen List screen. If necessary, change the displayed default settings.
To display the attributes for the selected rules, choose Attributes on the Calculation Rule Directory screen.
To print the displayed attributes for one or more rules, choose from the rule directory. From the Print Screen List screen, you can change the default settings if necessary:
You can only print rule attributes from the rule directory.
