Terms of Payment: System Checks

Use

When you post a document, the system checks the terms of payment that are to be used. If you enter or change the terms of payment yourself, it also checks these entries.

Features

The system checks whether you have:

Specified the number of days in ascending order

Specified the percentage rate specifications in descending order

Activities

If errors have occurred, you must change the specifications in the line item before you can post the document.
