The Payroll Process A dministrator is responsible for performing employee group reports. The Payroll Process A dministrator is also responsible for such activities as initial payroll processes , including such activities as : P ayroll processing , P ost ing to accounting , P rocessing corresponding to reports on tax , Social Insurance, and W age and salary payment.

Within the Mexic an payroll frame, the Payroll Process A dministrator is responsible for:

• Running payroll together with all the subsequent nec essary activities, such as issuing remuneration statement s , the payroll account, and transfer s to FI/CO.
• Performing and issu ing all lists corresponding to t ax, annual tax adjustment, and state tax calculation.
• Running leave payment payroll for employee groups, as well as payment s and transfer s to FI/CO.
• Performing and issuing all lists corresponding to Social Insurance, such as generation of IMSS (Mexican Institute for Social Insurance) notification, deleting IMSS notification records, integrated daily wage calculation, IMSS and INFONAVIT (Housing Fund) contributions, generating absence and incapacity lists.
• Generating initial file, FONACOT (National Fund for Workers‘ C ommercial Credits) issu ing and payments .
• Off-cycle b ackground processing, payroll continuation
• Off-cycle background processing, discontinue payments
• Print ing r emuneration statement s
• Carry ing out FI/CO posting transfer s
• Creat ing DME
• Generat ing payment notification s
• Print ing /generat ing p ayroll results
• Print ing r emuneration statement s
• Print ing for the p ayroll journal
