Indirect Activity Allocation

Purpose

You use indirect activity allocation to automatically set up secondary relationships for both planned and actual data (sender/receiver relationships with activity allocation). These relationships refer only to quantities. In plan versions, activity quantities are valuated using price calculation. In the actual version, the valuation is made using either the planned price (for allocation of planned costs) or the actual price (for allocation of actual costs).

Indirect activity allocation provides you with many options, some of which are described by this IDES scenario.
