After you set up the SSS benefit salary brackets, you must:
The standard system contains the salary brackets and salary credit amounts provided by the SSS and valid at the time of creation. These figures have been set up as default values.
If the SSS changes the salary brackets, you must ensure compliance by modifying the default values accordingly.
SAP recommends that you use the Absences infotype (2001) to record both SSS absence types and to pay the SSS benefits. Using the Additional Payments infotype (0015) or any other method may generate an error in the calculation of SSS benefits.
You must never modify an existing record as this may generate errors in SSS calculations.
