As of release 4.5 a new functionality is introduced for transporting
retrocalculation differences to original period. From the same release
tax is calculated over again also in retrocalculation periods using the same basis as in the original period.
Doing retrocalculations back to periods using release 3.1, this new
functionality should not be used. To prevent that, the system has to
know the period for starting up release 4.x. Going directly from release 3.1 to 4.6, the period for starting with 4.6 has to be
entered into the system. Please follow the instruction below.
