Area Change Adjustment: Printing Letter 

Prerequisites

SAP delivers standard letters for rent adjustments. You can create your own standard letters (refer to: Correspondence).

Procedure

  1. Starting from the general menu, choose Accounting ® Real estate management ® Rent adjustment ® Area change ® Print.
  2. Enter your selection criteria and choose Execute.

Result

The system prints the letters on adjustments for those lease-outs selected by means of their user identification.

The standard SAP letters inform the tenants about the planned rent adjustments.
