Transfer of Planning Data from HR

Scope of Functions

As or Release 4.6A, personnel planning data will be transferred to Controlling automatically. The controller can decide to which target version the data should be transferred. You can:

• Define the version as being either specific to the source of the planning data or as being dependent on the fiscal year

• Choose between different source systems in a distributed scenario or

• Choose between different versions from the sender.

Specify an end date for every CO version. The R/3 System transfers the data to this version only up to this key date.

Effects on Customizing

You make the version assignments in Customizing for Controlling by choosing Planning -> R/3 Internal Planning Data Transfer -> Transfer Personnel Costs from HR (as of Release 46A).
