SAP CAMPBELL Integration Scenarios

Different HR activities can be completed with one of two software components (SAP HR or SAP CAMPBELL), and in one of two locations (head office or retail store). As a result, the following business situations arise.

Depending on the situation, retail stores can assume certain activities decentrally, and assign them to their store manager.

The following are examples of SAP Retail scenarios that require SAP CAMPBELL to be implemented:

The software component used assigns the graphical display of the scenario to a process. Although it can often be assumed that the tasks are divided between SAP CAMPBELL in the retail store and SAP HR in the head office, this is not always the case.

Differences in Scenarios

The scenarios represent different configurations of Time Management (Time Recording and Time Evaluation). The differences lie in:

in SAP HR, and also, time wage types that are used exclusively for local reporting purposes are created in SAP CAMPBELL (SAP CAMPBELL scenario)
in SAP CAMPBELL (payroll scenario)
