You can display a single quotation, perhaps in response to a customer’s request for a status. In addition, you can display a list of quotations using various selection criteria. You can find more information about displaying quotation lists in the Reports in SD documentation.

To display a quotation, proceed as follows:

1. Choose Logistics ® Sales and distribution ® Sales on the main menu screen.
2. Choose Quotation ® Display.
3. If you already know it, enter the number of the quotation or choose Possible entries to find the quotation you want.
4. Choose Enter to display the quotation.
