Salary Survey Query
Description
Phase one of the Hay Paynet interface, that being the capability to
extract the required pay information from the SAP R/3 System and make
it available to the salary survey provider, is available in this release.
The Compensation Management component contains two standard queries
that gather the available data from the SAP R/3 System and correlate it
into a list or table that you can then download and send as a file to the survey provider.
The two queries are:
- Hay PayNet Data Extraction for Salary Survey Participation (SALSURVEY_HAY)
This query delivers data that is specifically required by Hay PayNet and is based on requirements from Hay.
- Data Extraction for Salary Survey Participation (SALSURVEY_EXT)
This query is based on the Hay PayNet query but has additional fields and is intended for other salary survey providers.
The Hay Paynet query can deliver the following data:
- Hay-specific data, such as hay job code, match, job family
- Employee organizational data, such as organizational unit, personnel number, and postal code
- Job data such as internal job title (SAP name for job), job code from
the survey, and evaluation points associated with the job
- Pay information such as midpoint of salary range, annual salary and currency.
The Extended query delivers the following additional data:
- Minimum and maximum paid in the pay grade
- City, country and postal code
- Text fields for the organizational unit, job code and survey job code
