Scope of Functions

A new variant of the

call state component has been created.

The slimmer variant has:

• A shorter Party field

• The Party field implemented as a drop-down box (i.e. only one line)

Effects on Customizing

The DNIS field (

Dialed Number Identification Service) and the DNIS translation are now optional in the call state component. This can be changed in the customizing of the CTI Profile.

To be able to use the slimmer call state in the framework, the user must select the new variant during assignment of the visible component call state to a framework ID in transaction CICE.
