Deleting Objects 

Prerequisites

You can only delete development objects if they are not used by other objects. To find out if they are still in use, use the where-used list function.

Procedure

To delete an object from the object list:

  1. Select the object.
  2. Choose Delete from the context menu.
  3. Confirm the action by choosing Delete.
  4. Enter a transport request, and confirm by choosing .

If you want to delete several objects from a single object list, select them by holding down the CTRL or SHIFT key and clicking the objects, then follow steps 2 – 4 as described above. You will need to repeat step 3 for each individual object. See also Using Set Mode.

Result

Both the active and inactive versions of the object or objects are deleted.
