The new enterprise organization enables you to connect the depiction of your enterprise in Organizational Management (organizational structure) with its depiction in Accounting (Cost center hierarchy).
You use Organizational Management to model the enterprise organization in the R/3 system.
To use the enterprise structure, you must make the appropriate settings in the Implementation Guide. See: Activate Enterprise Organization
