Statements with SAPscript

In the Statements section, you set up the system so that statements can be created automatically.

With the new statements functions, you can use the SAP word processing system SAPscript tp create your statements. For example, you can now include graphical elements such as company logos or scanned signatures. You can also choose between different fonts.

In comparison to the previous statements functions, it is now much easier to maintain your statements ane keep them up to date. It is no longer necessary to copy up to date forms and then modify them to suit your requirements.

You have two options:

• Use the statements provided in the SAP standard system and adapt them to meet your company-specific requirements.

• Set up your own statements

The standard statements provided by SAP conform to the standards issued by the Working Group for Economic Administration (AWV) published under Standard Statements in Payroll.

As of January 01, 1998, software and outsourcing providers can be authorized to use these standards.

SAP has received authorization from the AWV.

In addition, an agreement has existed between SAP and the Heidelberg Labor Office since 01.01.1997. This agreement covers the automatic creation of employment and earnings statements by data processing devices.

This agreement covers:

• The Statement of Employment § 312 SGB III - Form BA III 2

• The Statement of Earnings for Unemployment Benefit § 315/319 SGB III - form BA III 34.
