Mass Value
Assignment in the Classification System 
Use
As of this release, you can process assigned values for large quantities of existing data. You call this function in SAP Easy Access by choosing Logistics -> Central Functions -> Classification -> Assignment -> Mass Change for Assigned Values.
To find objects for mass value assignment, you can use the find object function or a customer enhancement.
The following functions are available in mass value assignment:
Copy Values Assigned to Object
You specify an initial object as a template. Starting from its characteristics, you select values to be copied to the target objects.
Set and Change Values
You start with a class type and an object type. You select characteristics in the class type or class. Then you can change characteristic values, set new values, or delete values. With numeric characteristics, you can use basic arithmetic operations to calculate values. An assignment function is also available here, which lets you classify target objects or delete existing assignments.
Assigning Values to Objects in a Matrix
You start with a class. You select the characteristics of the class to which you want to assign values, and the target objects. In a table, you can then easily assign values to the characteristics of the target objects.
Note
Mass processing is only possible for objects that have the same class type and the same object table.
