In the rent adjustment correspondence, the date of the letter is now saved in each rent adjustment data record. Consequently the date of the previous letter is available in subsequent correspondence.
Note however that the date of the last letter print is always saved. Dates of previous letter prints are overwritten. This is also the case if you have chosen a later letter date for the previous letter than the date of the new letter.
Example:
You print a letter for a rental agreement to adjust the basic rent from USD 1000 to USD 1050 on 03/10/1999. In the data record of the basic rent adjustment, the letter date of 03/10/1999 is saved.
You print another letter on 03/24/1999 and date it 03/05/1999. The letter date of 03/05/1999 is saved in the data record of the basic rent adjustment and the previously saved date of 03/10/1999 is overwritten.
