Cost Efficiency Analysis (Only Relevant for Germany)
Scope of Functions
The
cost efficiency analysis (CEA) serves the purpose of determining cost rents for publicly
subsidized housing construction, as required by German law.
The current release includes the following new developments:
1. Master data of cost efficiency analysis.
The master data is divided up as follows:
Partial cost efficiency analyses are maintained for each usage category
for a main cost efficiency analysis that may involve one or more business entities. These partial CEAs show:
- Which rental units are included in the partial CEA
- The constructions costs of the objects
- How the costs are financed
- The current expenses resulting from managing the property
The data on financing and current expenses are maintained time-dependently.
You can also create additional CEAs for the partial CEAs to handle such things as modernizations.
2. Rent adjustment on the basis of the CEA and relevant correspondence.
3. CEA reporting; refer to
report RFVIWBHI (transaction FOWB90).
You access the CEA transactions in the rent adjustment screen under "Country specifics".
