You can now set the Equal apportionment indicator on an apportionment unit (Customizing: R/3 Real Estate -> Service Charge Settlement -> Keys and Rules for Settlement -> Apportionment Units -> Define Apportionment Units/Factors).
The costs accumulated on a settlement unit with the equal apportionment indicator are automatically apportioned equally to the rental units in the service charge settlement.
In this case it is not necessary to specify an apportionment unit in the master data dialog (rental unit, rental agreement).
