In the 'Statements' section, you make the necessary system settings for creating statements.
In order to be able to create statements, the appropriate form must be set up in the system.

The statements in the standard system
correspond to those worked out by the association for business administration
(ABA) available in the loose leaf collection 'Standardized statements in
payroll´ (published by DATAKONTEXT-VERLAG).
As of January 1st 1998, Software and Outsourcing providers can take part in a
rules of usage for this.
SAP has received the right of usage from the ABA.
SAP also has an agreement with the Employment Office in Heidelberg regarding the automatic creation of employment and earnings statements using computer systems.
