Assign Fictitious Amounts Using Wage Types

In this step, you copy the model wage types for semiretirement provided by SAP.

You use the model wage types to correct wage types determined by fictitious payroll or as an alternative to individual fictitious payroll runs.

Correcting Wage Types Determined by Fictitious Payroll

Example:
As the result of a fictitious payroll run, a standard fictitious full-time gross amount of 3,000DM is calculated. This standard fictitious full-time gross amount is saved in the wage type /613. However, the employee should receive a standard fictitious full-time gross amount of 3,500DM.
In this case, you enter wage type MH40 with an amount of 500DM for the employee. Wage type MH40 is included in the wage type /613 and increases the wage type amount to 3,500DM.

Alternative to Fictitious Payroll Runs

Example:
You calculate statutory fictitious full-time gross amount, the fictitious part-time name amount as well as the statutory increases via fictitious payroll runs. You specify the standard fictitious full-time gross amount using the wage type MH40.
