New family data information which is considered in employee's Benefits
calculation have to be stored in the extension of Infotype 0021. The
following information has to be updated in the IT0021 for all employees records:
Student indicator - to determine the eligibility of the employee's dependents to benefits
Smoker indicator - to determine the benefits costs
