When any employees are sent for certain training programs, the employer can claim the grant (recover part of the training cost) from the Skills Development Secretariat. For this reason, the employer needs to furnish the profile of the trainees to the Secretariat. Their profiles, such as current designation, salary, highest educational qualification, age and citizenship, is generated by this report (RPCSDFR0 ).
The report is linked to the training and event management module since it is based on the training programs attended by employees.
