Definition
Attributes that users can assign to documents from the send screen. The send attributes apply to individual recipients, i.e. different attributes can be defined for separate recipients of the same document. The send attributes for each recipient are displayed in the recipient list (exception: blind copy).
Structure
When
sending a document in the Business Workplace, users can assign the following send attributes to the document:Attribute |

Express |
If the recipients are working online in the relevant R/3 System, a message is displayed, informing them that an express message has been received. |

Copy |
A document with this attribute is sent to the recipient for their information. This is only possible if Blind copy has not been selected. |

Blind copy |
The recipients of a blind copy are only displayed to the recipients themselves and to the sender. Recipients cannot forward or print a blind copy. |

No Forwarding |
The recipient(s) cannot forward the document. |
