Scope of Functions
- It is possible to round the amounts using a rounding rule. The rounding rule is determined in the
rounding rules view
(V_T559R). Preredemption is no longer valid. The FLXRN constant in view T5DBK is no longer evaluated.
- In the same way as retention amount calculation, advance calculation can be controlled using an indicator.
- The limits of the remuneration account can be zero hours.
- The advance hours for BWP can be paid in an extra wage type.
Effects on Customizing
The table
Flexible Working Hours Policy was enhanced.
The following processing logic changes (V_T5DBR):
- Until Release 4.5B: The entry 0 or blank in the fields Maximum Advance Hours and
Max. Retention hours
meant that the advance or the retention could be as large as you wanted.
- From Release 4.6A: The entry 0 or blank in the fields Max. Advance Hours and
Max. Retention Hours means that the advance or the retention is restricted to
0 hours. A new checkbox was incorporated to deal with the case 'as large as required'.
- The conversion of customer data takes place automatically using a XPRA.
