Evaluating the Project 

Usage

In the structure overview of the Project Information System, you can evaluate the various project data. To define the scope of the evaluation, you select the fields to be displayed and define the PS Info Profile.

Procedure

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:

    From the Project System node, choose Information System ® Structures ® Structure Overview

  3. In the Enter Profile dialog box, enter the following data:

  5. Choose .
  6. Enter the following data:

  8. Choose .
  9. Choose ® Change Layout.
  10. A dialog box appears. On the left side, you see the fields already selected, and on the right side you see the fields that are still available.

  11. Press the Control key and choose the following fields from the right-hand list:

  2. The selected fields are copied into the selection list.

    To change the sequence in which the fields are displayed, select the field you want to move, then double-click the field in front of which it is to be inserted. Use the arrow keys buttons above the lists.

    To delete fields from the selection list, select the relevant field, then choose .

  3. Choose .
  4. The system displays the structure and all selected fields.

  5. To change the width of a column, click the edge of the column and drag the column to the desired width.
  6. Choose until the overview tree appears.
  7. In the dialog box, choose No.

Result

You have now evaluated the values of your project.

During the lifetime of a project, you need to execute periodic tasks. For example, you need to settle the costs incurred to the final cost objects.
