Checking the Actual Dates 

Usage

You have confirmed the actual dates on the activities. You can now evaluate the dates graphically in the project planning board. You can call up the project planning board either directly, or from the Project Builder.

Procedure

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:

    From the Project node, choose Project Planning Board ® Change Project

  3. Choose Open Project.

    4. The project planning board appears. The actual dates of the activities "Order Management Conception" and "Confirmation Module Conception" are displayed in a red date bar.

    5. A dialog box appears.

  5. Click Planning board.
  6. On the Settings tab page, enter the following data:

  7. Choose .

    8. The project planning board appears. In the diagram area, the system displays in a yellow date bar the actual dates from the confirmation of the activities 010 "Order Management Conception" and 0020 "Confirmation Module Conception".

    To call up the legend for the project planning board, choose or Extras ® Legend.

  8. Choose without saving your entries until the overview tree appears.

Result

You have now checked the planned and actual dates in the project planning board. You can now evaluate your project in the Project Information System.
