New Address Administration

Scope of Functions

Previously, the addresses used for correspondance with creditors, law courts, lawyers, and so on, were stored in the view Addresses (V_T536A).

You can now store these addresses conveniently in the view address administration (V_T536C). The new address administration has the following advantages:

• You can store additional data such as fax numbers, and internet addresses.

• In the Garnishment/Cession infotype (0111), you can go to the new address filing system directly, by choosing the function maintain addresses , and create new addresses or edit existing ones.

Installation Information

You use the report RPUADR00 (Fill addresses T536A -> T536C) to transfer the addresses from the view V_T536A to the view V_T536C.

Effects on Customizing

The settings in the IMG Payroll Germany -> Garnishment/Cession -> Master Data -> Administration -> Create Address have been correspondingly modified.
