Finding Objects for a Development Item

Use

This report generates a list of all persons involved in a specific development item. This list is sorted by the development status of these development item participants.

You use this report to manage, evaluate, plan capacities for, and search for persons who are or who have been involved in a development item. The report provides answers to the following questions:

Who completed the development item successfully?

How many people completed the item successfully, and how many were unsuccessful?

Who is currently participating in the development item?

How many persons have been involved in the development item in total?

How many participants plan to take part in the development item?

To what extent is the development item fully ‘booked’?

You can go directly from any object in the results list to:

Individual development planning, where you can display all the development items

Development plan history, where you can display all development plans

The profile, where you can display all subprofiles
